The apartment at Lakewood Retreat was absolutely fantastic. The lake views from the patio were breathtaking, and the overall ambiance of the place was so serene and peaceful. As a business guest, I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, which made it easy for me to prepare meals and eat in comfort. The living room was cozy, and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch. The electric kettle and microwave were convenient additions that made my stay even more comfortable.

Personally, I found the hot tub in one of the bathrooms to be a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my preference.

It was fine base for travelling to Woodhall Spa, I was glad to stay there. Location was stunning and peaceful, very close to the surrounding area.

This place is a cozy spot for exploring nearby attractions and the town, it meets expectations, highly recommend.

The lodge was beautifully presented when we arrived, very clean and modern with some nice homely touches. the complementary toiletries were a luxury and the fluffy robes were a nice touch. the lodge had a lovely bottle of wine and two different juices waiting for us, which was a pleasant surprise. the hot tub was absolutely fabulous, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the nearby lake.

the breakfast at the nearby pub was not up to par. We had heard great things, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype.

We stayed at this lovely lodge for our 15-year anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate. Loved the endless hiking and fishing opportunities in the area. The children's playground and barbecue were a real treat. And guess what? They even had towels in the apartment! How fancy!

As a frequent traveler, two features of this hotel stood out to me. the provided database was incredibly helpful. It allowed me to quickly access all the information I needed for my stay, from checking-in and out to exploring nearby attractions. the convenience of the nearest airport being only 9 km away made my transit experience seamless and stress-free.

Although it didn't significantly impact my stay, it would have been more convenient to have real-time information available for planning my meals.
